Terms of Service

These terms apply to computer repair and IT services provided by RONET Computer Repair. Booking a service means you accept them.
Quotes and pricing
Diagnosis is free and you receive an upfront quote before any work begins. Prices shown on this site are typical ranges, not fixed quotes — the final price depends on the fault, the parts required and the time involved. If the work turns out to need more than quoted, we contact you for approval before continuing. If we cannot fix the fault, you do not pay for the attempt.
Warranty
Repairs carry a 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. If the same fault returns within that period we will put it right at no further cost. The warranty does not cover new or unrelated faults, accidental damage, liquid damage, or work altered by someone else after we returned the device.
Your data
Please back up your data before handing over a device. We take real care with the contents of every machine, but repair work — particularly on failing storage — can result in data loss, and we cannot accept liability for data that was not backed up beforehand. Where you have engaged us specifically for data recovery, our no-data-no-charge terms apply: if we cannot recover your files, you do not pay the recovery fee.
Payment
Payment is due on completion, before the device is returned or collected. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and cheques. Business clients on managed plans are billed under the terms of their individual agreement.
Unclaimed equipment
Devices left with us for more than 60 days after we notify you that the work is complete may be treated as abandoned and disposed of or recycled to recover unpaid costs. We will always make reasonable attempts to reach you first using the contact details you provided.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business, lost profits or lost data.
